Kale burger and turkey mushroom

what do you need:

  • 8 burger buns, preferably wheat
  • 1/2 kilo of ground turkey
  • 4 small bella mushrooms
  • 2 cups of fresh curly cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of chimichurri sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Avocado slices to serve

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and saute onions and garlic until soft. Stir in mushrooms and kale, then cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Let it cool. When ready, combine mushroom and kale mixture with ground turkey and season with oregano, chimichurri, and salt. Using clean hands, form into patties. Cook on a preheated grill over medium-high heat, turning once, until desired doneness. Coat the buns with your chosen sauce and then top with turkey slices and avocado slices.

Grilled peach with honey and milk

what do you need:

  • 3 peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • cinnamon powder

Mix Greek yogurt and honey in a small bowl. sit aside. Cook the peaches on a preheated grill over medium heat, cut side down, until grill marks appear. When you’re ready, top with grilled peaches with honey and yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder before serving.

Roast beef and sweet potato roll

what do you need:

  • 6 whole grain tortillas
  • 1/2 kilo sirloin steak, cut into thin slices
  • 6 cups steamed sweet potatoes, sliced
  • 3 cups cabbage, cut into thin slices
  • 1 cup white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of canola oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of hot garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Cook the beef on a preheated grill over medium-high heat until just cooked through (slightly pink in the middle), about 2 to 3 minutes per side. To make the sauce, combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, canola oil, chili garlic sauce, and brown sugar in a glass bowl and shake well to mix the ingredients well. Place cabbage and onion in a bowl and toss with half of the sauce. Place the roast beef, sweet potatoes, and coleslaw on a serving plate. Drizzle the beef and sweet potatoes with the remaining sauce. Served with tortilla bread.
