INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla 
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350º. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 
  3. Using a small scoop, scoop cookie dough on baking sheet.
  4. Using a fork, make crisscross marks on the cookies.
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
